Yesterday it was October 13, but on top of that, it was also the 10-year anniversary of the old Double Fine classic Brütal Legend, a game that blended metal music with action-adventure gameplay for a pretty unique product.
A lot of people might have forgotten, but not Tim Schafer, who produced the original game. Him and his studio Double Fine played Brütal Legend on a livestream yesterday, but he also had a little surprise to share on Twitter, as he posted the picture below of Jack Black (who played the protagonist Eddie Riggs in the game) and the text "Here we go..."
This led to tons of speculations on Twitter and game forums, as some are thinking that it might be a tease for an upcoming remake or remaster of the old classic, something that would surely be possible as Double Fine is now a Microsoft-owned developer.
