US President Donald Trump is often catching headlines, being in the position that he's in, but now he's taken the time to create a Twitch channel, which had its first stream ever yesterday for his Minneapolis rally.

As reported by Dot Esports, viewing figures rose to around 18,000 as he went on, and the channel includes various banners for merchandise, donations, volunteering, and more.

Don't expect to be seeing Fortnite or Minecraft on this channel, but it seems like it's aimed at getting political content and messages at the online community, sharing rallies and perhaps other speeches and messages.

Is this a good way to connect with the online world?
