On top of revealing the PC specifications for Red Dead Redemption 2 - with this version due to land next month - Rockstar has also unveiled the first screens for this version, as well as some more news on this version.

You can find the screens below in all their glorious detail, but a 4K 60 FPS trailer is also promised soon, so stay tuned for that. As for what we know right now, those who pre-purchase on the Rockstar launcher get all the incentives detailed in the initial reveal, as well as an Outlaw Survival Kit, War Horse, Le Trésor des Morts Treasure Map, and Cash Bonus for Story Mode, not to mention 50 Gold Bars for Red Dead Online.

HDR support will be coming to the PC version, as well as support for 4K resolution "and beyond", multi-monitor displays, widescreen, faster frame-rates, and more.

Updates are coming to Story Mode as well, including three new Bounty Hunter missions, targeting thief Herman Zizendorf, ex-confederate officer Camille de Millemont, and gang leader Bart Cavanaugh. We also have two new Gang Hideouts, both of which are tied to the Del Lobos gang, with two new Treasure Maps taking us to riches too.

Along with the new To The Ends of The Eart mission, seeing you collect herbs for rewards, there are also new weapons - the M1899 pistol, the Evans Repeater, the High Roller revolver, and the Le Mat revolver. PC players can even expect new horses in the form of the Warped Brindle Arabian, Few Spot Appaloosa, Perlino Andalusian, Red Chestnut Arabian, and three new horse variations, with five new trinkets available too.

For details on all of these features, make sure to head this way. Will PC be your platform of choice?
