If you've been waiting to learn more about or even try the Xbox game streaming service Project xCloud, you're in luck, because not only did Microsoft give its fans some details on what Project xCloud really is earlier today during the Inside Xbox live stream, they also revealed that a preview of the service will go live starting this October.

The cloud certainly is the future, at least according to multiple big tech companies, and with Project xCloud, players will be able to bring their high-profile games with them wherever they go. If you want to participate in the preview build where you'll be able to enjoy games such as Gears 5 and Halo 5: Guardians, you have to be a resident of the US, the UK or South Korea, have an active Microsoft account, have a mobile or tablet device running Android 6.0 or above, have an Xbox One controller with Bluetooth and an available mobile data or wi-fi connection. This may sound excessive, but many gamers have all of the above at home.
