Electronic Arts is ready to fight for the cloud gaming customers supported by the strength of Amazon Web Services. EA introduced Project Atlas almost a year ago, even before Google Stadia was announced, and these days is testing the platform in a closed beta test accessible by EA Origin subscribers.

Those players signed an NDA with EA not to talk about the content and the platform, but one of them leaked a question from the form to GoNintendo. The company wants to know which platform they want to play on via the cloud and one can then choose two out of eight options: Mac, smartphone and tablet, a few TV setups and, lastly, Nintendo Switch as the sole console.

The switch is a suitable piece of hardware for cloud gaming thanks to its portability and lack of performance power, but this option still comes as a surprise given the uneasy relationship between Electronic Arts and Nintendo.

Would you pay a third party subscription fee to play streamed games on your Switch?
