The USTR (Office of the United States Trade Representative) has published a
notice with the short and simple title of "Notice of Product Exclusions, Amendment to the Exclusion Process, and Technical Amendments: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation"

This outlines that a number of products will be excluded from the additional duties on trade goods from China, worth roughly 200 billion dollars annually. The exclusion ends August 7th 2020 when all exclusions end.

Until then, 38 extra things are excluded from the taxation, including miniature lightning sets used for Christmas trees and lampshades of fabric over a metal frame.

But more interesting is 24-29, mostly described as "printed circuit assemblies" but being graphics cards. Motherboards and PC cases (Stamped and formed latches of steel).

Question is, will less than a year be enough, or will the US-China trade war continue beyond that point?
