Nintendo Switch Lite is an exclusively handheld version of Nintendo's popular hybrid console, Switch, released last Friday (you can read our review here). It seems that a video released online by the Youtuber Alexis Javier would confirm that this version of the platform is also characterised by the same known issue of its "big sister", the drifting analogue sticks.

As revealed by the video, it seems that Lite's analogue sticks would continue to send input to the console, and you can see what happens in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Drifting analogue sticks is now an (in)famous defect for many Switch players, to the point that Nintendo itself has offered to repair it for free to all those who report this problem. At the moment it's not clear if this is a sporadic issue or something it affects more units since there are only a few reports at the moment.

Did you buy Nintendo Switch Lite? Have you noticed this issue on your unit?
