It's that time again, time to make sure your Apple device is up and running like it should and press 'proceed' on that update prompt. The iOS 13 update is now live and it brings plenty of changes to your Apple device. Your localized Apple site will, however, have you read through a lot of text - we give you the quick overlook you really want to know, read the summary below.

Dark Mode - save the planet, your battery and your eyes, it affects almost all elements of the phone and can even be set on a timer.

Face ID - the FOV has been improved, and should in theory allow for you to just look at your phone while its on the table, and it should still unlock. Will also unlock faster

New Keyboard - QucikPath keyboard, or rather swipe is now available, but with no finger movement tracking.

Advanced photo editing - Monochromatic black/white filter, light intensity, contrast, shadows, for noth video and photographs - Apple has you covered.

Find your iPhone - offline tracking of your iOS device is now possible.

Reminders - is now more structured and makes it easy to never forget

Maps - has had an overhaul, more smooth, and enables 3D experience, aka 360 degree view.

New photo display - sounds odd, but makes photos so much more alive

Homekit - end to end encrypted system for accessing security cams in your house, is free, works with iCloud, and doesn't count towards iCloud storage limits.

Compatible devices - iPhone 6s / SE or never.
For iPads its Air 2 and Mini 4 that are the minimum requirement - but not until September 30th.

Camera - more options for Portrait mode

Siri - now with a more, well, refined voice to enhance a more natural experience. She will also read your texts aloud.

New emojis - you can customize your emojis, make-up, tatoos, hair do's, Apple is serious.

Security - Apple can in some cases hide your user details from 3rd party

PS4 / Xbox controller - you can now pair your controller with the phone - neat for Apple Arcade use.
