Only one character available, the rest will cost.

Double Helix's newly announced brawler for Xbox One, Killer Instinct, which takes Rare's 1994 classic as its inspiration, is set to employ a free-to-play model when it's released on the next-gen console.

Players will be able to play as one character, Jago, but the others will require a little investment in order to access. How it will be priced remains to be clarified, but given the payment model, I imagine there'll be plenty of gamers willing to give it a bash when it launches in November.
