The time you had to download Sony's package of free games for PSN-users effected by the outage in April has ended, Sony have announced. They did make it clear that the offer only lasted for 30 days and reminded users about that fact last week.
Of course, with this being the Internet, some people got really angry since they hadn't downloaded their free stuff yet. Playstation's Jeff Rubenstein commented on his Twitter that there "were 30 days to claim it, not sure why people decided to wait. We were clear from the outset." That was a few hours ago, now it seems like they are extending the offer until Tuesday morning, American time. Check out the Playstation Blog for more info.
