The fifth instalment in the long-running series Shantae, which originated in 2002 on the Gameboy 2002, is set to release later this year. Having previously been titled Shantae 5, the game just got its official title, Shantae and the Seven Sirens. The announcement came directly from WayForward's official Twitter account.
The game, which will release on iOS, PC, PlayStation 4, Switch and Xbox one, will have players use their platforming and dance abilities to take down a sinister threat lingering on a tropical island.
