Name reservations for Blizzard's upcoming World of Warcraft: Classic are now available. Starting today, players with an active subscription or game time can create up to three characters per account ahead of the title's August 26 worldwide launch. Alongside character creation, players can also look to pick their server and reserve names before things get busy at release.
A few additional things to keep in mind when beginning the process is that players who make the decision to play on a PvP realm will only be able to create characters within the same faction.
Likewise, anyone who created a character for the WoW Classic beta or stress tests will not be able to use them when Classic launches officially. The full intricacies of the system can be found here, detailing all the regulations involved with character creation as well as a walkthrough guide.
WoW Classic is set to launch in just under two weeks on August 26 (although for EU players this may as well be August 27 since the title will first go live at 3pm PST, which is the equivalent of 11pm BST).
