GungHo Online Entertainment America has revealed that the Grandia HD Collection will be released on Nintendo Switch on August 16, with the PC launch coming later on. What's more is that the separate Grandia II Anniversary Edition will be renamed to Grandia II HD Remaster on PC too.

These RPGs will include better visuals, handheld support (as well as gamepad and keyboard support on Steam), and all the classic features you remember from the RPGs, like turn-based action, huge worlds, skill points, varied enemies, and more.

The UI, sprites, and texture art have all been updated in both games, as well as the original cinematics, and on PC fans can expect widescreen support and customisable resolutions.

If you want to check out the current version of Grandia II on Steam, head this way.

Will you get this on Switch?
