Most of us, that don't use ad-blockers, must have seen a lot of interactive Flash-based ads by now - primitive shooting galleries, simulated scratch-boxes and other types of mini-games designed to get us involved with the ad, making us more inclined to click it. I have personally no idea how successful those kinds of ads are, but either way they are coming to a Kinect near you.
Microsoft have revealed NUads, Natural User-Interface Ads, that will allow you to watch - and play with - advertising either on your Xbox 360 dashboard or in actual games. You're also supposed to be able to tell your Kinect that you want more information, using the command "Xbox more" (the classic movie quote "Do you want to know more?" springs to mind), and also have it open up your Twitter dash to spread your advertising scores to the world.
