Super Icon's Life of Pixel, currently aiming for more funding on Kickstarter, has just one week to go to raise the target set by the studio.
The game only needs another £9,000 to be funded, but seeing as the overall target is £10,000, it's not looking good for the quirky platform game that charts the history of classic gaming machines.
There's to be over 100 retro-styled levels, and a chiptune soundtrack created using the original sound chips of each respective console (including GameBoy, Master System, C64, and Atari 2600). The game's inspired by titles such as Chucky Egg, Mario, Mega Man, Monty Mole and Castlevania, so if that laundry list of classics makes you nostalgic, check it out here.
