The New York Police Department has confirmed the sad passing of YouTuber Desmond "Etika" Amofah, who had been missing for several days.
Amofah was reported missing on June 20, and some of his possessions were found on Manhattan Bridge two days later. Now, police have confirmed that his body has been found.
Concerns were raised when the day before his disappearance the YouTube content creator shared a video of himself walking around the city and discussing the state of his mental health.
Amofah, 29, was a Nintendo-focused streamer, and he had more than 130k follower on YouTube.
