EA Sports is already looking ahead to FIFA 20, as just last week we reported on extensive Pitch Notes revealing areas the team are focusing on in the future, and now it seems we know who will be on the front cover of this year's entry as well.
Footy Headlines reported on a leak from GameStop showing Brazilian forward Neymar on the cover, and we even have a release date - September 27, 2019.
This would be a dramatic departure from previous entries in the series in terms of the style, but also because Ronaldo isn't featured either, as he has been for the last two years. German footballer Marco Reus came before him, with a number of cover stars gracing the front of FIFA 16.
Neymar has been more present in FIFA in the last year though, appearing on the home screen and digital stores, so it's not a total surprise.
