Over on the PlayStation Blog Sony has given us an update on the Party feature on the PS4, with a preview program on the way to provide early access to the new updates on the way, allowing fans the chance to give feedback.
Those in the preview program can see party participants increase from 8 to 16; improved audio quality for chat; and improved connectivity. That said, those who are in the program won't be able to join the same party of share play as those who aren't in the program.
With a preview code, however, these can be redeemed on 20 different accounts, so you can share the love with your buddies.
We don't have a timeline for these features, but it's good to hear that the Party chat is a priority for Sony.
