We're now two weeks away from E3, which means that most developers and publishers have gone radio silent to save their biggest announcements for the conference. Some, however, clearly don't think this way and Nintendo is one of them.
Game Freak and Nintendo have announced that there'll be a fifteen minutes Nintendo Direct show dedicated to Pokémon Sword/Shield at 2 PM BST/3 PM CEST on June 5. Most of us expected these two highly-anticipated games to be two of the highlights in the Japanese company's E3 Direct, so this is very surprising. Why are they doing this just six days before their E3 showing? Do they just want to avoid competing for the spotlight on June 11 or could this be them giving us the bad news (a delay) before E3? What do you think?
