Netflix and Dark Horse are no strangers to one another, as they've already teamed up to bring things like Umbrella Academy to life, and now Netflix has announced on Twitter that an "overall deal" has been closed with Dark Horse Comics, meaning they'll get first look at all Dark Horse titles for film and TV projects.
Not long ago we learned courtesy of The Hollywood Reporter that Umbrella Academy alone has been viewed by more than 45 million member households worldwide (as of mid-April), but Polar is another project that Dark Horse Entertainment had a hand in.
With other popular properties like The Mask and of course Hellboy - which recently had another film in cinemas - under Dark Horse's umbrella, we may see these get Netflix adaptations in the future, much like we saw with Marvel projects like The Punisher and Luke Cage.
What Dark Horse projects would you like to see?
