Black Rock Studios, the developers behind Split/Second, recently saw a rather massive layoff, which is always sad to see. Some of the former employees have now decided to take matters into their own hands and have founded RoundCube Entertainment.
It's Nick Baynes, who worked as game director on Split/Second, and senior producer Ian Monaghan that stand behind RoundCube. Of course it's way too early to say what kind of games they might be working on, but let's hope that they are at least as chaotic as the game they used to work on at Black Rock.
