There are great expectations building around Bayonetta 3, the third instalment in one of the most popular Platinum Games franchises. We're already aware that the studio has made some changes to its design process for the game, but at the moment we haven't any heard details about a possible launch date. The game was expected this year, alongside other titles such as the next Animal Crossing and Luigi's Mansion 3, however, it looks like that might not happen.
According to Nintendo's latest quarterly report, it turns out that 2019 entry for Bayonetta 3 has vanished and has been replaced by a generic "TBA". It seems as though Nintendo has revised its launch plans, perhaps choosing to publish the game in 2020.
At the moment this is all speculation and there's nothing official to confirm just yet, but we'll keep you posted if and when we hear more.
