American gamer Roger Vega bought the chunky black Sega Saturn console for a dollar at a flea market not knowing that what he had found was one of the rarest video game consoles in existence. Sega Pluto, basically a Sega Saturn with a built in Netlink Modem, and with only two units in existence, it set the world of video game collectors spinning.
However, with no real reference its hard to tell what the unit is worth and Vega did not have his reserve price met in a recent eBay auction. The highest bid was $15,500, but with reserve not met no money exchanged hands.
You can see Mr. Vega demo the unit on Youtube, if you're curious.
