Hothead Games, makers of such games as Deathspank and The Swarm, announced today that they are working on a game based on Douglas Adam's classic sci-fi comedy The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
"Hail people of Earth! Megadodo Publications is pleased to announce that we are working with the interactive entertainment development team Hothead Games to bring The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the standard repository for all knowledge and wisdom, to the farthest uncharted backwaters of the unfashionable end of the Western Spiral arm of the Galaxy," the press statement says.
No actual information about format, planned release dates or what kind of game we're actually dealing with was included in the statement, but don't panic! There's a website available!
