Activision came in well ahead of projections with their Q1 results and for the full fiscal year they had a massive $4.25 billion in revenue.

Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm did 1.1 million in sales in the first 48 hours, and Call of Duty and Skylanders were the number one and two best-selling properties in Europe and North America.

But all is not well, CEO Bobby Kotick urged caution:

"The shift in release dates of competing products, the disappointing launch of the Wii U, uncertainties regarding next-generation hardware, and subscriber declines in our World of Warcraft business all raise concerns, as do continued challenges in the global economy. For these reasons, we remain cautious."

World of Warcraft now sports 8.3 million subscribers - and has mainly lost customers in Eastern markets.
