Want to pay for things on XBLA, but don't want to give your credit card information to Microsoft for safe-keeping? How about Paypal, then? Today the two companies announced that they will be teaming up and that "Xbox 360 users will soon be able to pay with PayPal directly on their Xbox consoles." The option has already been activated in some locations and should be available around the world in a few weeks' time.
Paying for XBLA-services, such as Games on Demand or for Xbox Live Gold, through Paypal will be available in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Mexico, Germany, Australia, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Hong Kong, Poland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Singapore, Denmark and Portugal.
