Rumour: Phantom White Controller coming to Xbox One
Later today, at 9pm GMT / 10pm CET to be more precise, Microsoft will air a new episode of their Inside Xbox show, where there's usually a few announcements. This time they've promised to reveal new stuff regarding Sea of Thieves, Age of Empires and Halo: The Master Chief Collection - and there will likely also be announcements for Xbox Game Pass and some other stuff.
Another thing Microsoft often announces during these shows are controller variations, and we think we just might have gotten a clue about what they are planning in this department. Amazon Mexico added a new controller for pre-order at midnight yesterday and it's called Phantom White.
The only catch is that no such controller has been announced yet. When this was discovered, it was rapidly removed, but by then people had already downloaded all the pictures of this beauty. And it's a stunner. Unless Amazon Mexico decided to do an Xbox One mock-up controller and add it for pre-order just to spite people who can't get it, which in all honesty does sound a tiny bit farfetched, expect this one to be announced later today (or at the Game Developers Conference next week at the very latest).
