Remote play is a feature you can use with the PlayStation 4 to play games paired with other devices like PC, and now the latest update for the console released today has the following news:
"You can now enjoy Remote Play on iOS devices. You can use (PS4 Remote Play) to connect to your PS4 system from devices such as smartphones and tablets. Download (PS4 Remote Play) from the App Store."
You can download the update right now alongside the app, and the iOS app page gives us more details, including the fact you can use the on-screen controller (but not a DualShock 4), join voice chats using your device's microphone, and use the keyboard on your device with the console. You must have mobile devices with iOS 12.1 or later installed, and iPhone 7, 6th-generation iPads, and 2nd-generation iPad Pros are recommended.
Will you be using this feature?
Thanks, Twinfinite.
