Nintendo have announced that the latest Wii U system update is available for download. It can take up to an hour for some users to download and install it and Nintendo advise users not to turn off the system during the process.
The update adds several refinements and improvements - including the option of downloading and installing patches and software while the machine is turned off as well as other improvement as far as downloading and installing games goes. Improved loading times and the option of booting straight to the Wii mode have also been implemented.
