As of right now, the Playstation Network and SOE's MMO-servers are still offline and nobody knows when they will come back online. According to Sony they are doing the last tests on the new security features, but that doesn't mean that the servers are ready to go up.
In a phone call with Bloomberg, company spokesman Shigenori Yoshida said that Sony "is in the process of adopting an improved security system and its plan to restart the services fully by May 31 is unchanged." If they stick to that schedule, PSN-users (and SOE players) have a couple of more weeks of downtime to look forward to. It would also mean that PSN will have been offline for around 40 days.
We'll of course update you if we hear anything else.
