Rainbow Six: Siege will be free to play this weekend

Ubisoft's competitive shooter Rainbow Six: Siege is still going strong, both on the competitive scene and for more casual players. If you've wanted to get in on the Siege action but have yet to purchase a copy of the game, you can try it out for free this weekend.

Celebrating the upcoming launch of new Siege map Outback, Ubisoft is hosting a free to play weekend starting February 14 and ending on February 17 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in which you can play the entire game without paying a single penny. Pre-load starts on February 13 at 8:01 GMT and any progress made during the free weekend will carry over with a purchase and if you'd like to buy the game, new editions of Rainbow Six: Siege will be sold at a 70% discount starting February 12 and through February 18.
