BioWare's Anthem had its VIP demo recently and the issues that players encountered will be fixed ahead of launch, says BioWare. On the developer's blog, BioWare talked about the outcome of the first beta test and detailed what would come next, in the open demo. After having worked on the game and improving some of the flawed elements, Chad Robertson (head of live service, BioWare) told fans that he and the team are "confident that these changes will improve this weekend's experience for players".
However, we were also told about the possibility of recurring issues, such as the server capacity problems that were prevalent in the first test. "If more players decide to try the game than we anticipate, we also have systems in place to control entry rates of incoming players. This is to ensure players in the game are having uninterrupted fun and to give us time to increase capacity".
Did you play Anthem's VIP beta and if so, did you encounter any issues?
Thanks, VG247.
