Following the press release from NetEase and Quantic Dream's own announcement video detailing their partnership earlier, Quantic Dreams' David Cage has, in an interview with GamesBeat, confirmed the studios' plans of releasing their future games for more platforms than one by saying: "We want to keep developing original games in the genre we pioneered, but also expand our audience by being present on all platforms.". This is notable since the studio has been releasing games exclusively for PlayStation 4 since Heavy Rain in 2010.
