Nintendo and its franchises are a huge part of video game culture here in the west and most definitely in Asia so it hardly comes as a surprise that a Japan-based fashion brand is selling officially licenced Pokémon gear.
The market for gaming merchandise is huge and ever-growing and we're seeing more and more major brands giving gaming culture a place in their lines. On display this time are neat looking, fuzzy, tail and ear adorned, Pokémon inspired sneakers from Japanese fashion brand Glamb.
Having your feet look as good as the feet in the images below, however, comes with a hefty price tag of 27000 yen, or 216 euros, and with it being an Asian company selling these beauties, we Europeans will likely face some equally hefty fees to get them from Japan and onto our bodies.
Apart from offering Pikachu sneakers the brand also offers a whole heap of other Pokémon inspired items of clothing that you can check out on the website, if interested.
