Xiaomi shows off new double-foldable phone

Tired of your new phones bending in your back pocket? Xiaomi recently revealed their upcoming phone and if it bends - don't worry about it, it's supposed to.

In a short video on Twitter, Xiaomi President Bin Lin plays around with a prototype of the new double-foldable Xiaomi phone, that so far has no name.

The video was uploaded by the director of product management, Donovan Sung, who has asked Twitter users for name suggestions for this neat little piece of tech, with "FoldMi" and "OrigaMi" being the most popular. While the screen format is changing in the video, the foldable parts of the screen are still active even when folded back as seen in the demo.

Specs, price and availability have not yet been detailed, but since Xiaomi is showing a working prototype right now, release this year is somewhat expected.
