As you likely know, saving screenshots and videos on Xbox One automatically makes them available via Xbox DVR, a convenient way of reaching them from any device with a browser to either save them or share them on social media without the hassle of using a USB stick or proprietary solutions, and now that process has been made even easier, as revealed on Twitter:

"2019 is starting off with a bang! Download our official mobile apps today!"

The app (which is not affiliated with Microsoft, nor is the service) is available for both Android and iOS, and according to the description it has never been "easier to view, download, edit, and share your Xbox clips and screenshots with all compatible social media apps". So far the app seems to have very favorable ratings, with users praising it in the comments.

We haven't had the time to try it ourselves yet, but if you're an Xbox gamer who likes taking screenshots and videos, give it a shot as it's a free service. Below is a selection of screenshots from the office (both Xbox One S and Xbox One X), downloaded from XboxDVR.com.

What games will you try this out with?
