As revealed by a new press release, starting today the Unity Asset Store has launched the Unity Icon Collective initiative, which bundles together original and high-quality AAA assets that any creators can use, having been teased last month.

Volume #1: Buried Memories - Yggdrasil starts this initiative off, based on the work of Johnson Ting, someone who has made concept art for games like Halo 5, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, and Horizon: Zero Dawn. We also get environment art by Callum Tweedie-Walker; character art from Mufizal Mokhtar, Senior Art Director on Assassin's Creed Odyssey; animations from Cyrus Lam, Animation Director on Assassin's Creed Odyssey; music by Nathan Cleary, indie games composer; sound design by Pinewood Studios' Head of Creative Audio Glen Gathard; and cinematic art by Matteo Grossi, having worked on the likes of Mirror's Edge Catalyst and Star Wars: Battlefront.

We got some assets with the announcement that shows what kind of stuff is included in Volume #1, as you can see in the full gallery below.

Are you impressed by what's been shown?
