Since The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar launched four years ago, Codemasters have been running operations for the game in Europe. That's about to change - on June 1, developer Turbine will assume operational control of the game in Europe and merge it with the American version into what they call the LotRO Global Service.
