Last Year: The Nightmare due out this year
It's not the first horror-themed asymmetric multiplayer game on the market, but perhaps Elastic Games' Last Year: The Nightmare has what it takes to stand out from the crowd. The high school slasher-themed title sees five players try and perform various tasks to ultimately espace the sixth player, the murderer.
The game will be released first on PC, exclusively via Discord (part of the First on Discord program), and will see release on consoles next year. It features a fairly note-worthy cast of voice actors (or should we say scream actors?) including Melissa Hutchison (Clementine in Telltale's The Walking Dead) and Elias Toufexis (Nikolaos in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, Adam Jensen in recent Deus Ex titles).
