Logitech - a company that's associated mainly with gaming accessories - might not look back on the last year with fond memories. Bad times in the market forced owners to look for alternatives to patch the budget hole, and until recently there were rumours that such a state of affairs was supposed to improve with the purchase of the Plantronics brand - famous for the production of gaming headphones - although it turns out that this deal hasn't gone quite right either.
A Logitech spokesperson confirmed in an official statement that all negotiations regarding the acquisition of Plantronics has not led to any agreement between the parties, and the subject is currently closed.
