Deep Silver's COO, Geoff Mulligan, has revealed that the company has no immediate plans to release any games on Wii U, stating that Nintendo's "audience is not who we reach best."
Wii U owners may therefore be disheartened to know that they'll not be getting their hands on Saints Row IV, Dead Island: Riptide and Metro: Last Light, to name but three.
Mulligan told Gameinformer: "Not Wii U. With other companies, I've been very successful with Nintendo. With Wii U, the Nintendo market right now and their audience is not who we reach best. It's not something we're entertaining in the near or foreseeable future."
