Back in February, Epic proudly (and rightly so) announced that they have reached a peak of 3.4 million concurrent Fortnite players. A massive number extremely few games ever hope to reach. But now Epic Games Korea CEO Sung Chul Park has revealed to Inven that they have now reached over 8.3 million concurrent users. To put this in perspective, there is 12,496,576 concurrent users on Steam (according to SteamDB) as we pen this story, which basically means that the gap between players on all of Steam and Fortnite alone isn't very wide at all... Mindblowing given the thousands of games available via Steam.
