That's about all we know for now though.

Xbox Game Pass is the subscription service that let players download and play any titles in the catalogue of over 100 games in its evolving library. Some of them are also playable on PC through Xbox Play Anywhere, but Microsoft will expand the platform with its own PC version of Game Pass, as we've just found out.

Global CEO Satya Nadella announced this at Microsoft's FY19 Q1 earnings call, saying that they want to bring Xbox Game Pass to PC, according to Windows Central. There were no further details though, so we still don't know how many games will be on offer, how much it will cost, or what desktop client it'll use. After all, their own Window's Store didn't get a warm reception among players, but a service like this one - with new releases ready to download from day one without any extra expense - sounds very attractive.

Game Pass has already been popular on Xbox One, allowing for the growth of games like Forza Horizon 4 and Sea of Thieves, but do you think it could work just as well on PC?
