There are deluxe editions, and then there are deluxe editions. We'd say this controller slots nicely into the latter category. A company called Brikk who specialises in custom-made luxury tech apparel has revealed their embellished version of the DualShock 4 controller, the Lux DualShock 4 Controller. This pricey controller comes in a classic $8,500 version, with 24-carat gold coating, and the PlayStation button in 18-carat gold with seven diamonds (0.25 carat in total).
The Deluxe version, if you feel the first one wasn't fancy enough, offers a pad with all face buttons and triggers covered in 18-carat gold these buttons are also studded with conflict free diamonds (2.20 carat in total). The Deluxe lux will "only" set you back $14,000...
Now it hardly sounds like a practical primary controller, but for say rap moguls with money to burn, maybe this is the way to play Blackout, Red Dead Redemption 2, or God of War?

Classy or tacky? You be the judge...
