The road from announcement to release for Crackdown 3 hasn't exactly been smooth. First announced in 2014 with a targeted release in 2016 the game has switched developers and been delayed time and time again. In spite of having been playable at several events in 2017, the game has not been shown in playable form so far in 2018, but that is about to change.

The game is currently slated for release next year, and fingers crossed this one sticks and the game delivers on the initial hype. Thanks to the official Twitter account for Xbox Mexico, we now know that it's one of the games that will be playable at X018 next month.

X018 is a Microsoft event mainly dedicated for Xbox and they have promised important guests, announcements and plenty of games. It runs between 10-11 November, so we're less than 20 days away.

Are you still excited for Crackdown 3 or have you given up hope?
