One of Microsoft's many announcements during E3 was a new Battletoads. We didn't get any information about it, other than that Dlala Studios is developing with some input from Rare (developer of the previous games in the series) and that it will be released during 2019. And since then it's been pretty much quiet. But today Rare's studio head Craig Duncan had some things to share on Twitter, where he writes that the game is "coming together great", says that Dlala Studios is hiring and reveals that it makes use of the Unity game engine.

Still not a great amount of information, but it's better than nothing. Hopefully, we'll get to see something from Battletoads on Microsoft's Xbox event X018 next month.
