There have been a ton of rumours flying around that suggest that Rocksteady, creator of the Batman Arkham series, has been working on a Superman game for the last couple of years. More recently, however, there have been rumblings that while Superman will indeed be included, it's more specifically about the Justice League rather than Superman by himself.
Late last night, a new rumour popped up on the forum ResetEra, and this one offers up an entirely new perspective on the matter. There it was claimed that Rocksteady is, in fact, working on yet another Batman game, rather than something including Superman or Justice League. There will be several superheroes in it, according to the source, but they are all from the Bat-family: "Batman, Robin (Tim), Nightwing, Batgirl, Batwoman, Catwoman, Red Hood."
We would really take this one with a hefty amount of salt as it's a fairly random rumour from an anonymous source. However, if the information is right, we can expect the announcement of this new Batman adventure to come during Microsoft's X018 event next month.
Would you prefer Rocksteady to be working on a Batman game once again, or would you rather see the studio doing a Superman title?
