Fuse gets release date

Insomniac's co-op shooter to arrive in May.

Insomniac Games has announced that their co-op shooter, Fuse, is set to land in Europe on May 31 on both Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

The game's designed to be played by four players, but with a new "Leap" feature, gamers will be able to go it alone and switch between different characters on the fly, thus being able to utilise each character's individual strengths.

Insomniac CEO Ted Price said: "Insomniac Games is known for delivering best-in-class weaponry that breaks the mold of traditional video games - and Fuse is no different. These xenotech weapons further the innovation players will find in this unique, action co-op shooter. We can't wait to bring Fuse, our first multi-platform game, to gamers worldwide this May."
