Nothing official has been said about 3DSWare, although we do know Nintendo have registered the trademark and they have mentioned working on something along those lines. But Nintendo Greece accidentally put up 3DSware as a clickable brand, and even if there is nothing there at the moment, it's a confirmation that there will indeed be 3DSware.
