Sometimes the Internet throws up a headline that stands out from the crowd, and this latest one about a Sonic-themed curry that turns your poop blue is certainly a prime example. So yeah, thanks to PCGamesN for finding this little nugget of news.
The curry in question is a collaboration between Sega and Geek Life that sees the publisher's iconic blue mascot fronting a new curry recipe (with the box modelled on the artwork from the first Mega Drive game), but it was the folks over at Retro Core who discovered that eating the Sonic Curry will turn your poop blue like a lightning-fast hedgehog. And we're not just talking about a solitary blue plop in a pool in the Labyrinth Zone, but two days of royal blue crap.
"I can tell you one thing though. 2 days after eating it my poop was blue for the whole day and then some! Talk about a WTF moment!" the Retro Core team wrote on YouTube, leaving nothing to the imagination.
"What's scary is that stuff was inside my stomach for two days before it came out so is the inside of my stomach also blue? Even [worse] is that it took four trips to the toilet before the blue had gone," they wrote further down in the comments. Overshare? Perhaps, but it's fascinating nonetheless.
